２．みんなに公平か？

　　  　3) Will it build GOODWILL　and
　　 　　　BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

３．好意と友情を深めるか？

　　  　4) Will it be BENEFICIAL to all

               concerned?

４．みんなのためになるかどうか？
